Smile's Prid drawing salve has long been used as a topical relief of pain and irritation while aiding in relieving skin discomfort. It can be used to help draw out the infection in poultry feet known as bumblefoot. Also included in this kit are 10 non-stick, sealed, medical grade gauze packets (2x3in size). Cut them to the size of the pad of the bird's foot and cover with drawing salve. Then use the 1" vet wrap to help secure the pad to the bird's foot. After several treatments with the drawing salve, the infection should be starting to draw out of the foot. Use the forceps to help remove the infection.
